James Reimann (He/Him)
James is the Head Roaster of Little Bear and has been honing his craft since he began roasting in 2012. He is responsible for knowing a coffee and perfectly roasting it to ensure its unique characteristics shine. You can catch him at the roastery, earbuds in, pop-punk blasting, sipping an interesting, washed coffee on V60, as he attentively watches over his precious roast. His outside-of-work-activities include games: video games, tabletop games, board games, card games; we gotta gamer guy!
