What’s in it?
This coffee is a rotating ethyl acetate (EA) decaf from Colombia! EA decaffeination is a chemical process that uses a natural solvent to remove caffeine from green coffee. The process is often called natural decaffeination because EA is a naturally occurring ester found in many fruits and as a byproduct of fermenting sugar cane!

Why we’re stoked on it?
Here at Little Bear, we’ve been on the hunt for a decaffeinated coffee that maintains the things we love about caffeinated coffee. This decaf checked the box with its classic flavor profile, cup complexity and balanced sweetness. This coffee is a comforting cup and a nice, late day treat for those that want their coffee sans the buzz.
